Free Pascal，原名为 FPK Pascal，是一种 32位元的 Pascal 编译器。它服从 Ansi Pascal 语法，充分兼容 Turbo Pascal 7.0。它有 Turbo Pascal 7.0 无可比拟的优点，如理论上大数据贮存空间的开辟，但也有一些缺点，如编译速度比 Turbo Pascal 慢. 它有在多种处理器（Intel 80386、Motorola 680x0）和操作系统（Linux、FreeBSD、NetBSD、DOS、Win32、OS/2、BeOS、SunOS（Solaris）、QNX 以及以前的 Amiga）上运行的版本。它在 GPL 许可证下发布。
經過五年時間的努力，Free Pascal 開發團隊終於釋出 2.0 更新版 [1]：它支援更多的作業系統平台和 CPU 架構。
要開發圖形介面程式的編程人員可使用 Lazarus ——一個模仿 Delphi 製作的視覺整合開發環境。Lazarus 本身是跨平台，以 Free Pascal 來開發，亦以 Free Pascal 作它的編譯器。介面和用法跟 Delphi 很相似，都是以 Object Pascal 為基礎。
还有一个和他相似的软件叫「Virtual Pascal」[2]。
